Fishing from a bigger boat

These are the biggest boats in our fishing fleet: 6 sportfishing yachts from 44 to 60 feet. More length means more room on deck, more shade and a steadier ride on the run offshore. Full-day prices start at $2,657 for the whole boat, all-in, and they take up to 10 anglers.

The line-up includes a 44ft Viking, a 45ft CABO Express, a 45ft Yacht Rivier, 48ft and 55ft Bertrams and the 60ft Hatteras, the largest boat we book for fishing. Every price includes the captain and crew, rods, reels and tackle, bait, ice and water, one fishing licence, dock fees and tax. The tip for the crew is separate, and 15-20% is standard in Cabo.

Is a bigger boat better for fishing?
A bigger boat gives you more room, more shade and a smoother ride offshore, which matters on a long day or with a bigger group. Smaller boats cost less and fish well closer to shore.
What is included in the price?
Every boat price is for the whole boat, all-in: captain and crew, rods, reels and tackle, one Mexican fishing licence, dock and marina fees, ice and bottled water, fresh or live bait when available, and all taxes. The tip for the crew is separate; 15-20% is standard in Cabo.
How does booking work?
Pick a boat, a date and half or full day, then book online. Trips over $500 take a $500 deposit and the balance is settled before the trip; trips under that are paid in full. Your captain confirms the departure time and dock once the date is booked. Cancel 7 or more days out for a full refund, 72 hours to 7 days for 50%; if the captain cancels for weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
