Each price is for the whole boat. These are the lowest totals for your group, before 16% IVA.

Each extra guest costs $45 to $170, depending on the boat. Our 4 luxury yachts, 65 to 110 feet, start at $3,900. For the full math, read our yacht charter cost guide.

Every price covers the whole boat, the captain and crew, and 6 to 20 guests, depending on the boat.

  • Drinks: an open bar on 11 of the 12 boats. The Yamaha 28ft has a cooler with drinks instead.
  • Food: 11 boats list food or snacks, and 5 list a chef.
  • Snorkel gear and a paddleboard on all 12, a floating mat on 10.
  • Close to all-inclusive, but not fully: 16% IVA, extra guests and a crew tip are not in the price. The one priced extra is a photographer: $250 for 1 hour, plus 16% IVA.

Every yacht leaves from IGY Marina in Cabo San Lucas.

  • Start times: Morning 9:00 AM, Afternoon 12:30 PM or Sunset 4:00 PM. Most charters run 3 hours; the Yamaha 28ft runs 2.
  • On the way, from the boats' own listings: the Arch is on 9, snorkeling at Santa Maria Bay on 5 and Lover's Beach on 4. Each boat page shows its stops.
  • Fishing is a different boat: we list 34 private fishing boats from $411 for a half day, plus 16% IVA, and some leave from San Jose del Cabo. See our Cabo fishing charters.

Pick a boat, date, start time and group size. You see the full total with 16% IVA before you pay.

  • From $1,000 before IVA, choose a $1,160 deposit ($1,000 + 16% IVA) today and the rest before the charter, or pay it all.
  • Under $1,000, you pay in full when you book.
  • Example: the Bayliner 35ft is $1,050, or $1,218 with IVA: $1,160 today and $58 before the charter.
  • Cancel 7 or more days before for a 100% refund, 72 hours to 7 days before for a 50% refund, and less than 72 hours before there is no refund. If we or the captain cancel for weather or safety reasons, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, no matter the timing.

Every charter on cabo.la is priced for the whole boat, not per person, so the number you see is what the group pays. Our published fleet runs $450 to $6,500 USD for a 2- or 3-hour charter, plus 16% IVA added at checkout. With an open bar, prices start at $850. Captain, crew and fuel come with every boat; each yacht's page lists exactly what else is included, because an entry-level boat carries a cooler of drinks while the larger yachts run a full bar. Want something longer or overnight? Message the concierge and we will quote it directly rather than guess.

Our fleet carries up to 40 guests on a single boat. Couples and groups of two to eight fit comfortably on the smaller cruisers, ten to twenty is the sweet spot for the mid-size yachts with a real sundeck, and the largest vessels handle bachelorette parties and corporate groups at the top of that range. Yacht charters here run year-round. Peak season (December through April) brings warm, dry weather and whale watching opportunities. Summer months offer warmer water for swimming and snorkeling. The cabo.la team can recommend the best itinerary based on your travel dates.

Absolutely. From December through April, humpback and gray whales migrate through the Sea of Cortez. A private yacht charter through cabo.la lets you enjoy the experience without the crowds of group tours, with your captain navigating to the best sighting areas around Land's End and Chileno Bay.

Yes. Food and drinks are included on every yacht charter except the 28ft small boat. Captain and crew take care of the day. Each yacht page lists its food and bar details; the 28ft page explains its different inclusions. Choose your yacht, date and group size, then book online.

Charters on cabo.la run 2 or 3 hours. That is long enough to reach the Arch and Land's End, swim or snorkel at Pelican Rock or Santa Maria, and still make it back for sunset. Each boat's page states its exact charter length. On 8 of the 11 boats that run 3 hours or more, you can add one more hour when you book. If you want a longer day, a full-day run or an overnight, message the concierge and we will price it with the captain instead of quoting you a package we do not publish.

The lowest price in our listings is the Yamaha 28ft at $450 for 2 hours, plus 16% IVA, with six guests included and room for 8. The lowest price with an open bar is the Sailboat 42ft at $850 for 3 hours, plus 16% IVA, with six guests included and room for 12.

Our yachts are for cruising and snorkeling. For a fishing experience, book one of our 34 private fishing boats. Prices start at $411 for a half day on the 23ft Panga and reach $3,970 for a full day on the 60ft Hatteras. The longest boat is the 60ft Hatteras. Prices are plus 16% IVA. Rods, tackle and one fishing license are included.

The longest yacht you can charter with us is the Horizon 110ft. It costs $4,900 for 3 hours plus 16% IVA, with 10 guests included and room for up to 30. On board you get four bedrooms, a chef and a bartender. Next in length is the Sunseeker 80ft at $5,000, also with four bedrooms.

Most of our boats list Bluetooth speakers or audio for your own playlist. On the yachts of 60 feet or more, that is the Sunseeker 80ft and the Horizon 110ft. The Catamaran 47ft lists a dance area. We do not sell a DJ as an extra. The one priced extra is a photographer: $250 for 1 hour, plus 16% IVA.

Not in our yacht listings. Every yacht in the table leaves from IGY Marina in Cabo San Lucas. From San Jose del Cabo, the transfer is a paid extra. Some of our fishing boats leave from San Jose del Cabo.

Yes. Yacht charters here run all year, and our listings have one price per boat, with no separate rate for spring, summer, autumn or winter. Hurricane season is 15 May to 30 November. If we or the captain cancel for weather or safety reasons, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, no matter the timing.
