The short version

- Resorts have coordinators, and for a small wedding entirely on resort property that can be enough. A planner earns their fee when you are using an outside venue, bringing vendors together, handling a beach permit, or managing guests across several hotels. - Beach weddings in Cabo have permit requirements, and they are the sort of thing you want handled well before the date rather than the week of. We keep a guide on what is required, and a planner normally takes this off your plate entirely.
- How far ahead should we book a Cabo wedding planner?
- For peak season, which runs roughly December through April, and for holiday weekends, earlier is genuinely better because the good venues and the busiest planners fill first. Outside those windows there is more room. If your date is close, say so and we will tell you honestly what is still open.
