- Should I book excursions before I arrive or once I am there?
- Book the time-sensitive ones ahead. Whale watching has a season, sunset sails fill on good-weather evenings, and private boats go first on holiday weeks. Everything else can usually wait until you are on the ground. If you are not sure which of yours is time-sensitive, send us the dates and we will tell you straight.
- Is it cheaper to book through the resort activity desk?

- When can you see whales in Cabo?
- Whale watching in Baja is seasonal rather than year-round, so it is the one excursion worth planning your dates around if it matters to you. Ask us for the current window before you book flights.
- Can you just build the whole week for us?
- Yes, that is the normal request. Tell us who is coming, how many days you have, and how hard you want to go. Your concierge puts together the running order, books it, and you get one point of contact rather than six.
