Pedregal has the most, and there are pool villas in Cabo del Sol, Palmilla, Puerto Los Cabos, Costa Brava and Punta Ballena too.

Can we swim in the ocean as well?

The Pacific side, including Pedregal, is mostly not swimmable: big waves and strong currents make those beaches best for sunsets and walks, so the pool is where you swim. The Sea of Cortez side, from the Corridor to San José, is calmer. Palmilla Beach is a calm, swimmable option.
