Why Cabo Is a World-Class Golf Destination

Los Cabos is home to more Jack Nicklaus-designed courses than any other destination in Latin America. Add in designs by Tiger Woods, Tom Fazio, Greg Norman, and Davis Love III, and you have one of the most impressive collections of golf courses anywhere in the world - all set against a backdrop of desert canyons, Pacific cliffs, and the Sea of Cortez.

With 340+ sunny days per year and virtually zero rain from November through May, Cabo offers near-perfect golf weather year-round. Most courses are semi-private resort courses, meaning anyone can book a tee time - though peak-season rates (Dec–Apr) are significantly higher. Our concierge team can arrange preferred tee times, tournament outings, and golf villa packages.

Tips for Booking Golf in Cabo

Book tee times at least 2–4 weeks in advance during peak season (November–April). Summer rates drop 30–50%, making it an excellent time for a golf trip if you can handle the heat. Most courses include a cart and practice balls in the green fee. Caddies are available at all courses and tips of $30–50 USD per round are customary.

For groups, consider a luxury villa in the Cabo del Sol, Palmilla, or Quivira communities - you will be steps from the first tee. Many of our villas include golf cart access and discounted green fees for guests. A week-long golf villa trip with 3–4 rounds works out to roughly $2,500–4,000 per person including accommodation.
