5 Cabo Villa Pools, and How to Compare Villas Like a Local
Five real Cabo villa pools, from a waterfall pool on the beach to a villa with two pools, plus a simple way to compare: beds, area, view, pool, staff.

Here is the game. Five Cabo villas, five very different pools, and you only get to pick one. Maybe it is the waterfall pool on the beach. Maybe it is the villa with two pools so nobody fights over the good lounger. We will walk you through all five, then give you the simple way we compare any villa in Cabo, so the pool you love comes with the house you actually need.
Everything here comes straight from our own villa listings: bedrooms, guest counts, areas and the features each owner lists. No guessing.
The five pools
1. Villa Sol y Luna, Pedregal. A zero-horizon pool, a jacuzzi, a poolside bar and a barbecue, all on one patio. The villa sits inside the gated Pedregal community with views over the Pacific, and the listing promises sunset and then moonrise from that patio. Four bedrooms, up to 8 guests. See Villa Sol y Luna.
2. Casa Primavera, Puerto Los Cabos. An infinity pool just steps from the 7th hole of the Puerto Los Cabos golf course, with ocean and golf views. There is a gas grill and a big fire pit with seating for after dark. Eight bedrooms, up to 16 guests. See Casa Primavera.
3. Villa Las Rocas, Costa Brava. This is the waterfall one. A pool with cascading waterfalls inside a private beachfront compound on 1.6 acres, with individual casitas, a tropical garden and views of the Sea of Cortez. Seven bedrooms, up to 16 guests. See Villa Las Rocas.
4. Villa Nazar, Pedregal. Why pick one pool when you can have two? Villa Nazar has two private pools, a bubbling jacuzzi and a fire pit, with panoramic ocean views. Our listing tags it Walk to Beach. Four bedrooms, up to 8 guests. See Villa Nazar.
5. Villa Esencia Del Mar, Pedregal. The pool and terrace look over the beach, the ocean and the Pedregal hillsides. The listing says you can watch whales and ships pass along the coast from right there. Four bedrooms, up to 10 guests. See Villa Esencia Del Mar.
Got your number? Good. Now let us make sure that pool is the right house too.

Step one: bedrooms and guest count
Start here, every time. Guest count is the one number you cannot bend. Two of our five pools fit up to 16 people, two fit 8, and one fits 10. A friend group of 12 falling for Villa Nazar is a sad conversation, so do the headcount first.
Look past the bedroom number too. Villa Las Rocas has 7 bedrooms and comes with individual casitas, which is great when you want couples or families to have their own space. You can browse every villa and filter by size before you even look at a pool.
Step two: location and view, in plain words
Every villa on cabo.la carries an area plus a short label, and the label does real work:
- Ocean View means you see the water. It does not promise you walk to it.
- Walk to Beach means the sand is within walking distance, like Villa Nazar.
- Beachfront means the property fronts the beach, like Villa Las Rocas.
- Golf Nearby is for the group with clubs in the luggage, like Casa Primavera.
Then pick the area. Pedregal is our biggest pool of options, with 41 of the 85 villas we have live. Browse villas in Pedregal, Costa Brava or Puerto Los Cabos to get a feel for each one.
Now you get to be picky about the pool. Ask what you will actually do at that pool. A zero-horizon edge like Sol y Luna is a sunset pool. A waterfall pool like Las Rocas is a hang-all-day pool. Two pools like Villa Nazar keep the kids and the grown-ups happy at the same time.
Then check the extras that live next to the pool: a jacuzzi, a fire pit, a grill, a poolside bar. They turn a swim into the place your whole trip happens.

Step three: staff, then put it side by side
This one surprises people. Staff is not the same at every villa. In our listings, a handful of larger homes carry an Onsite Villa Staff label, like Casa Elije in Palmilla, which fits up to 20 guests. For the rest, chef service and housekeeping are set villa by villa. Our tip: ask about chef, housekeeping and what is included before you book, and get it in writing. Confirm when you book.
If you would rather someone else handle all of that, our concierge team can sort the chef, the groceries and the plans around the villa.
Once you have two or three favorites, line them up on our villa compare page. Bedrooms, guest count, area, view, pool. Five questions, and the right villa usually picks itself. We are also building a full villa comparison guide; join the list and we will send it as soon as it is ready.
Quick answers
Which part of Cabo has the most villas on cabo.la?
Pedregal, by a wide margin. Of the 85 villas we have live right now, 41 sit in Pedregal, split between the Pacific side and the bay side above the marina.
Which of these five villas sleeps the biggest group?
Casa Primavera and Villa Las Rocas. Each one fits up to 16 guests. Casa Primavera has 8 bedrooms and Villa Las Rocas has 7 bedrooms, with individual casitas on the property.
Does a Cabo villa rental come with a chef?
Not by default on the villas we list. Chef service and daily housekeeping are set villa by villa, so ask about both when you book and get the answer in writing.
Can I compare villas side by side?
Yes. Our villa compare page lines up villas next to each other, and every villa page lists bedrooms, bathrooms, guest count and area.

Key takeaways
- Five pools, five personalities: a zero-horizon pool with a jacuzzi and poolside bar, an infinity pool by a golf course, a waterfall pool on the beach, a villa with two pools, and a pool where you can watch whales.
- Count beds before you fall for a pool. Guest count is the hard limit, and these five run from 8 guests to 16.
- Our area labels tell you a lot: Ocean View, Walk to Beach, Beachfront and Golf Nearby are not the same thing.
- Staff is set villa by villa. Ask about chef service and housekeeping before you book, not after you land.
- Pedregal holds 41 of our 85 live villas, so if you want options, start there.
So, which pool did you pick? Tell us your number, then find the villa that fits your whole crew. Start with our villas, and when you are ready, we will help you lock it in. - @Cabo
