Do these villas come with a private chef or staff?
Some listings include onsite staff already noted on the property, including Casa Elije and Casa Bellamar. Villas without included staff can add a private chef through your concierge, typically around $100 per guest per day for food and about $300 per day for labor.

How does the deposit work?
A $1,000 refundable deposit plus 16% IVA ($1,160 charged today) reserves your dates once you confirm. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. A separate refundable damage deposit (typically $1,000 to $3,000) is collected on arrival.
Is tax included in the price?
Listed and quoted rates are pre-tax. Card payments add 16% Mexican IVA, itemized on your quote before you pay a deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before arrival for a 100% refund of your deposit, 50% between 72 hours and 7 days, and no refund under 72 hours. Weather or safety cancellations by us are always a full refund or free reschedule.
