- No smoking indoors — outdoor decks are fair game
- No outside events without 30-day notice + permit
- Pets allowed at select villas — ask us
- Damage deposit refunded within 7 days of check-out
- Check-in 4 PM · Check-out 11 AM (flex on request)
Cancellation
Honest, in writing
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund of deposit.
- 14–30 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days: Non-refundable, credit toward future stay.
- Force majeure / hurricane: Full refund or free reschedule.
