Creator Terms
1. The program is free, and non-exclusive
Joining the Cabo Creator Program is free. You are not locked in. You are free to work with any hotel, resort, restaurant, or brand you connect with, including those who find you through this program.
2. Content sharing
When you create content for a Cabo or San Jose del Cabo business that found you through @Cabo, you agree to share that content with us so we can feature, repost, and tag it across our channels. You keep posting it on your own channels too. This is how we keep getting you in front of more partners.
3. Vetting
All creators are reviewed before being added to the roster that businesses browse. We may request examples of your work and verify your follower counts. We can remove anyone from the roster at our discretion.
4. Usage rights
By sharing content with @Cabo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit, and publish that content to promote you, the partner business, and Los Cabos. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Honest representation
Your profile, follower counts, and niches must be accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
