## How to read prices on this site

- **Villas:** nightly rates are not published. Villa pricing is quoted per stay by the concierge, because it depends on season, length and headcount.
- **Yachts:** the number is for the whole boat, for that boat's own charter length, and it covers only the guests included in the base price. It is quoted before the 16% IVA, which is added at checkout.
- **Adventures and experiences:** per person, before the 16% IVA.
- **Resorts:** a "from" nightly rate, lowest room type, before taxes and fees.
